Every Plush Pon is an ERC-721 token bound to its own ERC-6551 account — a real wallet the bear owns. When you hold the bear, you hold everything inside it.

Every bear is stuffed with its own mint price, and creator fees (5% royalties, plus anything sent to the machine) never sit in a team multisig. They flow to the Stuffing Machine. Until $PLUSH launches they wait inside each bear as pending fees — visible as lint, claimable any time. Once the token and its pool exist, the machine converts them according to the bear's bloodline split: part buys $PLUSH on Uniswap V2, part becomes PLUSH/ETH liquidity, part is kept as an ETH reserve.

The LP positions are accounted to each bear and earn trading fees inside the pool (Uniswap V2 fees compound into the position automatically). Anyone can call stuff() on a batch of bears — the caller earns a small bounty — so the bears keep getting rounder without the team touching anything.

The SVG is rendered from state, not stored as a file. AUM sets the bear's size, the LP position sets how round the belly is, reserves pile up as fluff at its feet, unclaimed fees float around it as lint.

PnL is embroidered straight onto the face: a wide grin in the green, a crooked cross-stitch deep in the red. Bears older than 120 days go 'well-loved': worn fur, a faint golden halo, one mismatched button eye.

Nothing is drawn by hand after mint. If the numbers change, the bear changes.

Stitching merges two bears. The survivor absorbs the donor's entire wallet — LP, reserves, unclaimed fees — and gains one generation plus a sewn patch in the donor's colors.

The donor token is burned. Its bloodline survives only as fabric on the survivor's body. This is deliberate: the supply only ever shrinks.

LP positions carry impermanent loss. Token prices move. Fees can dry up. A bear's AUM can go down as well as up, and a deflated bear looks exactly as sad as you'd expect.

Smart contracts can have bugs. The Stuffing Machine holds no custody over your bear, but a pair migration or an exploit on an underlying DEX could still hurt the wallet's contents.
